FINISH
VINYLS: The natural finish or sheen of calendared and cast vinyls is a semi-gloss regardless of color. Once printed, the label will not be glossy or completely non-reflective. For a glossy, matte, or velvet textured finish, consider adding an overlaminate.
POLYESTERS: Polyesters are available in white semi-gloss, brushed silver and matte silver finishes.
LEXAN® POLYCARBONATE: A velvet textured matte finish providing additional UV protection.
OVERLAMINATES
GLOSS FINISH
2 mil gloss overlaminate is a clear film. It has a glossy appearance giving colors beneath it an even more vibrant appearance. It has superior abrasion, humidity and solvent resistance.
MATTE FINISH
2 mil matte overlaminate is a premium laminate for extreme environmental conditions. It has superior abrasion, humidity and solvent resistance. Its high bond strength resists edge lifting. It protects your label from extended U.V. exposure.
VELVET LEXAN® FINISH
5 mil UL recognized Lexan® overlaminate is a great choice when sub-surface graphics are preferred and you desire a textured look to your labels. This overlaminate has a velvet texture which offers you that true Lexan® appearance without the extra cost of ordering a Lexan® printed material. The 5 mil Lexan® laminate can be adhered to the surface of a variety of printed label materials.

All jobs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While uncommon, if a project will require any additional fabrication cost, this will be noted on the quote.
