VINYL

.003 calendared vinyl: Our standard adhesive-backed vinyl that can be used for labels and signs of all kinds. It has a clear, permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive. Calendared vinyl labels can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces including aluminum, fiberglass, plastics, glass, and most non-porous painted surfaces.

.002 high performance cast vinyl: 3M high performance cast vinyl is a durable, dimensionally stable vinyl with a clear, pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to withstand a variety of severe weather and handling conditions. Cast vinyl is suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications including interior and exterior signage, vehicle graphics and display graphics.

.005 Pitbull vinyl: Pitbull vinyl is a white, flexible vinyl with a clear, extremely aggressive permanent adhesive suited for hard-to-stick-to surfaces. This material will work for most surfaces including textured low energy plastics and metal surfaces.

.002 Easy Apply 220 vinyl: Gerber Easy Apply 220 vinyl is a 2 mil, repositionable material designed to eliminate air bubbles to make label application faster, especially for larger labels. This vinyl is ideal for larger graphics over corrugated and riveted surfaces. It has a grey-pigmented, pressure-sensitive adhesive which allows for optimum color opacity.

.005 InstaChange™ vinyl: A 5 mil thick film that is durable, removable, and scratch-resistant. Ideally suited for interior and exterior signs or labels. This vinyl has superior hiding power because of its grey pigmented adhesive.

POLYESTER

.002 high bond polyester: High bond polyester is 2 mils thick and available in white, matte silver and brushed silver. Polyester doesn’t stretch like vinyl and can withstand temperatures up to 302 degrees F.

.002 security label stock: .002 polyester with the unique feature that leaves “VOID” pattern on the surface if label removal is attempted. Users should test the surface for suitability.

.002 UL approved label stock: For applications requiring Underwriter Laboratories (UL) approval, this .002 polyester is the solution. Available in white and matte silver. Certification can be supplied with UL file number.

LEXAN® POLYCARBONATE

.010 thick clear polycarbonate: Lexan® 8A35 polycarbonate recommended primarily for indoor use. Rear side printing with velvet textured surface finish. Adhesive can be added to rear side.

For outdoor usage, consider an alternate material laminated with .005 Lexan overlaminate that is UV stable for 5 years.

PVC

.010 thick rigid PVC: Glossy on both sides with optional adhesive back. Can be used for indoor and outdoor labels or signs, door hangers, custom plant stakes, or any application requiring a thicker substrate.
