Aluminum Foil Labels.
Conform to a curve.
Aluminum foil labels offer the flexibility to conform to curved surfaces without sacrificing durability.
Photo-sensitive anodized aluminum foil labels, produced in the Metalphoto® process, set the standard for durability, image quality and performance over time whether in extreme conditions, exposed to high temperatures, or subjected to severe abrasion, weather or most chemicals.
Benefits of Aluminum Foil Labels:
Achieve a more seamless blend with your surface.
Your aluminum foil label will be more flush with the surface like a decal, yet will retain the professional look of a durable nameplate. These labels are the most secure when paired with the right adhesive.
Conform to a curved surface.
Your aluminum foil label will bend around an instrument, pole, cylinder or non-flat surface.
Will outlast other materials.
Your aluminum foil label will hold up outdoors, on vehicles, under abrasive conditions, or if exposed to heat. The image is protected under a sapphire-hard anodized layer with no ink or stamping on the surface to rub off, no engraving or etching to invite corrosion. With the use of film, all text and graphics are embedded photographically and sealed.
Customizable.
Your aluminum foil label can include serial numbers, barcodes including UID, and any other variable information. Select an adhesive suitable to your surface including powder coats and low surface energy plastics.
Readable no matter how small.
Your aluminum foil label will be readable regardless of font size due to the high resolution of the Metalphoto® process.

FAQ’s:
I need to wrap around a tight radius, indent the surface with a pen on site, and it must hold up outdoors. Is there a solution?
Yes. We recommend our .005” dead soft aluminum foil label with a .005” thick weather resistant adhesive back. Once bent, dead soft aluminum foil labels do not want to bounce back to a flat position. They are specifically designed to stay put.
My surface has a slight radius but I want a thicker nameplate?
We suggest our .012” dead soft aluminum foil label. With its zero temper (hardness), this thicker nameplate is designed to conform to your surface and resist peeling up.
Tip of the Trade: Choose an aluminum foil label over a rigid nameplate if the surface has any curvature or difficulty of removal is a priority.
